Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on March 24, 2025, and completed on March 25, 2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 7:30 am and ended at 8:45 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 22 children present and two staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records electronically on March 25, 2025. This inspection document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations
