Inspector Notes
An announced initial study was conducted today. No children were in care. The physical space, emergency preparation, background checks, equipment and outside area were all reviewed. Consulted on model forms, crib documentation, record keeping and a sick policy. At this time, the basement is not part of the daycare space. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
