An unannounced inspection was initiated on October 23, 2024 and completed on December 2, 2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on October 23, 2024 relating to allegations of physical abuse. The inspector reviewed 2 children records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
