Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 12/18/2023 at 1:45pm. There were no children enrolled in the program, nor were there any children in care. The provider is waiting to enroll children in May of 2024. The home, 1 caregiver's records, 2 household member's records, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no children's medications on site today. The home is not set up for child care, but all of the supplies are maintained in the basement. The space is currently being used for guests visiting for the holidays. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact the Licensing Inspector. Keesha Minor (keesha.minor@doe.virginia.gov) or (540) 340-2672.
