Inspector Notes
A 2 month remote monitoring inspection was conducted to verify whether or not the provider was caring for children. The provider is currently not caring for children, but has been trying to enroll children in her program. The provider stated that her space is still set up for care, and nothing has changed. I discussed the renewal process with the provider, and that she should call me as soon as she has enrolled children so that I could conduct a follow-up inspection. If you have any questions, please contact the Licensing Inspector, Keesha Minor: (keesha.minor@doe.virginia.gov) (540)-340-2672.
