Inspector Notes

An unannounced focused inspection was conducted on 9/25/23 from 8:00am to 9:00am with the Assistant Director and the Director. There were 31 children in care initially, ranging in age from five-months to five-years-old, supervised by five staff; more children and staff arrived throughout the inspection. The children were observed arriving for the day, having free play, and getting ready for circle time. One child record was reviewed. Ten medications and authorization forms were reviewed. Required postings were observed. The emergency drill log was reviewed.
