An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 11/17/23 in response to a complaint received in the licensing office regarding allegations related to ratio, physical plant, and staff qualifications. Based on review of documentation and classroom observation, the allegations were unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence.
