An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 11/17/23 in response to a complaint received in the licensing office regarding allegations related to ratio, behavior guidance, and incident reporting. Based on review of available documentation, classroom observation, and interviews conducted, the allegations were unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence.
