Inspector Notes

An unannounced focused inspection was conducted with the owner on 12/14/23 from 9:05am to 1:45pm in order to verify the center?s compliance with an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC) created by the center and accepted by the Department on 12/6/23. Three new staff records were reviewed for required background checks and tuberculosis (TB) screening documentation, and classrooms were observed for ratio. There were no violations cited as a result of the inspection.
