An unannounced annual Unlicensed Subsidy Health and Safety (USHSI) inspection was conducted on 10/24/2025. There were 2 children (6 points) present with the vendor staff supervising.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records, Vendor's record, and 3 household records were reviewed to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The vendor shall maintain, in a way that is accessible to all caregivers, a current written list of all children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions. This list shall be dated and kept confidential.
