Inspector Notes
An initial inspection was conducted with the provider and two assistant s beginning at 9:55 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. There were no children in care during the inspection. This is a currently licensed family day home that is changing licensee.
Documentation was reviewed including background checks, staff trainings. Childcare areas and supplies and materials were observed. The outdoor play area was observed. Two cribs were observed and in compliance. A complete first aid kit, battery operated radio and flashlight were observed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
