Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted between the hours of 11:05am through 11:50am. There were a total of 3 children present (7 points), ranging in age from 21 months to 3 years with the Provider. A total of 3 children?s files and 4 staff files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: watching an age appropriate educational video. A complete inspection of the programming space, children and staff records, emergency drills, menu, attendance, and emergency procedures were completed today. The provider advised there was no medication on site today and medication is not administered in the family day home. There was an adequate supply of age appropriate materials and toys.
