An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/27/2025 and completed on (the same date. During the inspection the center reported an issue with the supervision of children. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice

A child under the age of 10 must always be in sight and sound supervision of a staff.
A child was left out of sight and sound supervision when the child went back in to the room after the group went outside and was found by one of the management team2 minutes later.

Plan of Correction: We took the child back to the playground and talked to the teachers as well as did a corrective action plan.
