Inspector Notes
An initial inspection was conducted on 10/13/2022 with the regional director. All designated areas and furnishings for child care were toured on site. Items reviewed during the inspection include: required posted information, parent pick-up/drop off procedures, emergency maps and exits, first aid kit, restrooms, the outdoor space, and the daily schedule.
The facility can accommodate the requested capacity of 100. The ages served will be 3 years
to 5 years. Staff files were sent electronically 10/25/2022.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
