Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/27/2023 with the center director and staff. There were 5 children present, ranging in ages from 4 years to 5 years, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. Staff records were received electronically on 3/30/2023.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
