Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on 5/12/2023 with the center director and staff. There were 5 children present, ranging in ages from 3 years to 4 years, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 0 staff records were reviewed. The children were playing with special sand, eating snack, and having free play with manipulatives.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
