Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 9/20/2024. The on-site inspection began at 1:00 pm and ended at 2:40 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Hot water at taps available to children shall be maintained within a range of 105?F to 120?F.

The hot water tap at the sink in the restroom that children use while in care measured 125 degrees Fahrenheit with a digital thermometer at the time of inspection
Plan of Correction: The provider stated that she will make adjustments this weekend to ensure that the water taps at the hand washing sinks available to children are maintained between 105 degrees and 120 degrees Fahrenheit when children are present.
