Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on 12/01/2025. The on-site inspection began at 4:22 pm and ended at 4:37 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 2 children present and 2 staff. The inspector did not review records as part of this focused inspection. This inspection included tour of the facility, and observation. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
