An initial subsidy health and safety study was conducted on December 16 2022, between 11:00am and 12:00pm. There was 1 child care child and one provider child in the care of the vendor. A review of the home, child record, household record, first aid kit, emergency plan, and first aid/CPR training was conducted. No violations were observed during the inspection.
