An announced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on July 3, 2024 beginning at 12:00 pm and ending at 12:45 pm in response to the provider relocating. There were 0 children in attendance at the time of the inspection. Child information/records, emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also reviewed. A walk-through of the home was conducted. No violations were cited.
