Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on June 23, 2025. The inspection started at 11:45 a.m. and concluded at 12:45 p.m. There were 4 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 14. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 1 caregiver record on-site. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Child #1, #2 and #3's information did not include proof of the child's identity and an address of at least one person designated by the parent to contact in case of an emergency. Child #1 has been enrolled for nine months. Child #2 has been enrolled for six months. Child #3 has been enrolled for 5 months.
