Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted on November 28, 2022 from 9:15 A.M.-10:45 A.M. The facility was toured and classrooms and outdoor gross motor space was measured for capacity. Items reviewed during the inspection included: emergency evacuation maps, emergency
preparedness plan, children arrival and departure procedures, first aid kit, non-medical emergency supplies, and five agent background checks.

A recommendation will be made for a six month conditional license with for a capacity of 208 serving ages 2-12 years of age.

The information gather during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law no violations were issued.
