Inspector Notes
An initial inspection was initiated on 12/12/2022 and concluded on 12/12/2022. There were no children or staff in care this day. The physical plant, 9 classrooms, playground and first aid kit was inspected. Classrooms were measured and will allow for 100 children per measurements and the Building Official. The CDC will have all meals catered, the fire and health inspections are complete. Reviewed all center's policies and procedures. Reviewed standards with administrator/owner. For extra security the owner will obtain information about placing another lock on the door in room # 8 that leads to a hallway within the building. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
