Inspector Notes

The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the department on April 23, 2024, regarding allegations of loud music in the infant room. The inspection was initiated and completed on May 16, 2024. The inspector was on site from 9:45am to 12:00pm. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center. There was no loud music in the center during this investigation and all infants were being attended to by staff.
The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
