Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. There were two bags of ice melt and a industrial size bottle of floor cleaner in the laundry room which was not locked.

Standard 8VAC20-780-500-B
The diapering surface shall be cleaned with soap and at least room temperature water and sanitized after each use. Staff in classroom 6 and classroom 3 cleaned the diaper changing surface but did not sanitize the surface. Staff sprayed it with a bleach water solution and immediately placed paper towels on top of the solution, that did not allow it to dry for a period of at least two minutes.
