An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 10/25/2023, beginning at 1:45 pm and ending at 2:20 pm. Required
background searches,training certificates and household member information was reviewed. Emergency preparedness planning and supplies
were also reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined violations on applicable standards.
