Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on 12/16/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:15 am and ended at 10:15 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 45 children present and 14 staff. This inspection included observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
