Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 3/18/2026 and completed on 3/18/2026, as a part of probation. The Department issued a Notice of Intent to place the licensee on Probation on 1/14/2026, as a result of high-risk violations. The on-site inspection began at 12:05 am and ended at 1:00 pm.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 50 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observation.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
