Inspector Notes
A mandated renewal inspection was conducted on June 6, 2024 from 12:30 P.M.-2:00 P.M. There were six children present, ranging in ages from eleven months to five, for a total of 15 points, with two caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition, and overnight care. A total of five child records and two caregiver records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Violations
1Evidence:
1. The provider has two cats in the residence. There was no documentation of a rabies vaccination.
2. The provider verified that he cats had not gotten their rabies vaccination.
