Inspector Notes
An unannounced 60 day monitoring inspection was conducted on 01/26/2023 between the hours of approximately 10:50 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. There were 3 children present with the Provider for a total of 10 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed engaging in free play and eating lunch. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children records, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Violations
4Evidence:
1. One nasal spray, one disinfectant spray, and one over-the-counter medication was found in an unlocked medicine cabinet in the bathroom used by the children.
2. One air freshener was found on the 3-cube storage in the living room.
3. Two air fresheners were found on the kitchen island, on the side that is accessible to children.
Evidence:
1. Child #1?s record did not contain a name, address, and telephone number for a second emergency contact.
2. Child #2?s record did not contain an address for parent #2.
3. Child #2?s record did not contain an address for emergency contact #2.
Evidence: The ointment belonging to Child #3 was not labeled with the child?s name.
Evidence: Child #1 had two containers of food that were not labeled with the child?s name.
