8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Family Day Homes
Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 03/30/2023 between the hours of approximately 9:20 a.m. and 10:10 a.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 3 children present, including the provider?s child, with the Provider for a total of 7 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing with water sensory bags, reading books and engaging in free play. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There was 1 medication on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
