An investigation was initiated on August 2, 2023 after the office received a self-report regarding allegations of forbidden actions. An on-site investigation was conducted in conjunction with a local agency on August 15, 2023. Interviews were conducted and records were reviewed. The preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation, therefore, the self-report is deemed not valid. Please email Tameika.king@doe.virginia.gov with any questions.
