Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on August 15, 2023 between the hours of approximately 12:25 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 6 children present (including 2 resident children) with the Provider for a total of 8 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed eating lunch and preparing for nap. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and caregiver records, fire drill log, menu, and attendance were observed during this inspection. There was 1 medication on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
