A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on September 12, 2024 and completed on September 12, 2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 a.m. and ended at 10:10 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 0 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 0. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records, 1 caregiver record and 2 household member records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the family day home and observations. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
