Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 7/10/2024 at approximately 12:45pm and concluded on 7/10/2024 at approximately 2:15pm. There were a total of 45 children with 6 staff members present. Children were observed during lunch time, and nap time. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. The inspection also included an investigation into a self-reported allegation with multiple interviews with staff.
