Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on 10/07/2024 and completed on 10/07/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/2/2024 relating to allegations related to Physical Plant and Staffing and Supervision. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation supported the one of allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be partially valid. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and the violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center shall ensure that areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, are maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.

There were six brick veneers missing from the outside wall next to the playground.
Plan of Correction: The center had already alerted maintenance about repairs needed to the wall, and maintenance was scheduled to asses the repair that afternoon.
