Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on and completed on 6/12/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 6/10/2025 relating to allegations of child abuse & neglect. The inspector reviewed one child?s records and four staff records on-site. This inspection included, document review, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
