Inspector Notes

An initial inspection was conducted on December 12, 2022. Inspector was present at 10am and to approximately 12pm. Present at the center were the director and lead teacher. No children were present. Measurements were taken of the center and a throughout inspection was conducted. Staff records and administrative records were observed. First Aid kits were observed. A 6 month conditional license is recommended. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards related to the allegation. Any other violations are documented on the violation notice.
