Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 1:30 p.m. and ending at 3:00 p.m. with the provider. There were two children in care, ages 3 months and 4 months for a total of 8 points. Infant feeding, diapering, sleep and play was observed. Childcare areas and supplies were observed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
