Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today with the provider , who was present with 7 and 8 month old infants. The inspection took place from 11:30 am to 12:20 pm.
Two household members files were reviewed as well as two children's files. The provider reported that there are no medication in the home for any of the day care children. The provider does not provide transportation. Both pets are up-to-date with their vaccinations. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
