Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted on December 29, 2022 from approximately 10:00 AM to 11: 15 AM. The center will operate from8:00 AM to PM 5:00 PM. The center will be using two classrooms, each classroom has a toilet and sink. The center does not plan to use transportation. The center will not administer medications at this time. The center is equipped with supplies, equipment and toys. The first aid kit and non-emergency supplies were inspected. The center director record and one additional staff record were reviewed. The parent and employee handbook/policies and emergency plan were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
