Inspector Notes
A 60-day monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/26/2023. There were 21 children present in the center, ranging in ages from preschool to school-age, with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and five staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
