Inspector Notes

A complaint investigation was initiated on 01/26/2023with another local agency from a report received by the Fairfax Licensing Office on 01/23/2023. The complaint investigation is still on going. On February 27, 2023 another inspection visit was completed. There were 11 children present (29 points) with 2 caregiver's supervising. Area of non-compliance (not related to the complaint) were cited on the violation notice. Based on a review of records, the provider failed to orient the substitute prover and assistant by the end of their first week of assuming job responsibilities.

Based on a review of the license, the provider failed to ensure that the total number of children receiving care at any one time does not exceed to the maximum licensed capacity of the home.
