An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on Monday, April 1, 2024. The inspector was on site from approximately 10:25am until 11:15am. There were four non-resident children present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, medication administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and programming. A total of four children's records, one caregiver's records, and three household members' records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
