Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/17/2024 from 1:00 pm to 2:40 pm. Three children, ages two years to four years (total of 6 points) were in care with one caregiver. The Licensing Inspector reviewed two children?s records, one provider record, two household member records, and other program records. The children were observed getting ready for lunch and having lunch.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on document review, the family day home failed to maintain records of emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drills.

EVIDENCE:
The most recent date of a drill was 7/7/2023. Staff 1 filled out dates subsequent to that during the inspection.
Plan of Correction: From now on, drills will be documented on the day they are done.
