A 60 day monitoring inspection was conducted in-person on 6/9/2023. There were 3 children directly supervised by 2 caregivers. A sample of child records were reviewed, as well as emergency preparedness planning, drills and supplies, permission for walks and programming. All were found to be in compliance. Please see Violation Notice for violations cited during the inspection.
