Standard 8VAC20-800-750-D
When topical skin products such as diaper ointment are used, the product shall not be used beyond the expiration date of the product.

Two containers of diaper ointment were expired. One ointment expired 4 months ago, and the second ointment expired 2 months ago.
Plan of Correction: I will discard the ointments now and will notify the parents today that I have discarded the expired ointments. I will write the expiration date on the container so it is more noticeable in the future.
Violation corrected during the inspection.
