An unannounced inspection was initiated on 10/29/2025 and completed on 10/31/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/24/2025 relating to an allegation in the area of prevention of the spread of disease. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s record on site. This inspection included document review, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
