Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 9:30am-10:20am. There were 7 children directly supervised by the provider and 1 assistant caregiver. The home, 2 caregiver records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely and napping. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Based on record review, the provider did not obtain documentation of a physical examination within 30 days after the first day of attendance.
