Inspector Notes

An announced Initial Inspection was conducted today. The applicant is currently a LOH Vendor and has two children present. The Provider and an assistant were present and the Provider took the Inspector around to check the entire house. The home has equipment available for children and the toddler was observed in active play. The Provider has First Aid/ CPR and has attended trainings related to becoming a Licensed Provider. Based on record review it was determined that the TB Screenings were completed outside of 30 days requirement.
Evidence:
1. Provider had TB Screening forms available for review. Her screening form and her household members were all conducted over 6 months before application date.
Plan of Correction: We will all go and get the screenings done this week.
